office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from Seattle, Washington,
Gina is practically a native of Las Vegas being that she has lived
here for over 25 years. Licensed in the State of Nevada since 1991,
real estate has been a way of life for Gina and a successful career.
Prior to joining SellPro Realty, Gina was a Top Producing sales agent with Coldwell Banker. Gina was nationally and locally recognized for her successes and was awarded membership into the prestigious Coldwell Banker's President Circle consistently for the last 6 years of her career.
Gina also has a back ground in property management which has been beneficial to both her personal investment portfolio and to her investor clients. She was a Business Manager for 5 years with Lincoln Property Company, managing large apartment communities in the Las Vegas area.
In 1999, Gina earned her ABR designation. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
