History of SELLPRO REALTY

Founded in Las Vegas, Broker/Owner Jessica Johnson, a former agent of a nationwide brokerage for many years, decided it was time for a change. Initially, Jessica assumed, as many agents do, that she was on the right career path by joining a larger franchised agency. However, as she became experienced she realized that paying hefty commission splits, franchise fees along with the other consequences of working for a large franchise such as being required to pay for and use specific advertising and vendors was limiting her abilities. After careful thought Jessica had a vision of what, she as an agent wanted: freedom from excessive fees and the right to choose how to spend her advertising monies and created what is now known as SELLPRO REALTY.

Agent Contract Fees

All agents invited to join our innovative brokerage will pay a low $85 per month. This is inclusive of your E&O insurance coverage. The $85 per month will be collected quarterly.

There is a $400.00 fee per transaction The transaction fee can be included in your client’s fees or you may opt to pay part or all of it for them. The company will also reduce the fee to $350.00, if you close a minimum of 4 transactions bi-yearly.

Reasons Our Agency Plan Works

While there are many other agencies boasting 100% commission, our research of the market finds that the headlines touting 100% are a cloud cover for other hidden charges. Most agencies who offer supposed 100% programs, are also hiring lots of brand new agents. Those new agents pay a hefty portion of their commission on a traditional split to help offset the companies other lower priced programs. In addition, most of these agencies also have poor Broker to agent service ratios that could hypothetically, lead to lack of “real” Broker Support.

Consequently, as some of you are already aware, brokerages providing inadequate Broker support tend to develop a very negative image, not only to agents who are professionals, but also to the general public and the very clients we all seek. It does not take long for a companies image to tarnish with undereducated service that is often the direct result of no Broker support available when needed.

We may have slightly higher fees than the lowest you’ve seen advertised, but we are seeking only experienced agents. We will not rely on exorbitant fees charged to inexperienced agents to fund our program. First and foremost, we want to strive to be, not only the best company to work for, but the most professional company a client can to come to for all their real estate needs. Our image is very important to the continued growth of the company and we will always offer full Broker support when needed.

SELLPRO is a “second step” company, hiring experienced agents who are ready for freedom of choice & freedom from excessive fees in their real estate career. Experience requirement: minimum of 8 closed transactions in the last 3 years or less. However, we reserve the right to let individuals interested in starting Teams bring in new agents under the Team Leader on a case by case basis via Broker Approval.
