Kerr is a sales and listing specialist for SellPro Realty with extensive
knowledge of real property in the Las Vegas valley. Tracy's diverse
background began on the East Coast where she grew up in New Jersey
and Virginia. She attended Auburn University and graduated from East
Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
After graduation, Tracy settled in Charlotte, NC where she worked in the healthcare industry. It was there she had a chance encounter with a realty/management professional that enabled Tracy to finally realize her passion and potential in real property sales/investments and commercial and residential management. Tracy's extensive background includes managing multi-million dollar mixed-use properties as well as providing detailed market analyses. She worked many years as a manager with a large corporation publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange as well as being a licensed real estate professional before relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada.
